Andrew began his training in Chinese Medicine in 2008, embarking on a course in Tui Na massage. He went on to attain a Higher National Diploma in Chinese Medicine from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and subsequently achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Acupuncture from the University of East London, before furthering his learning with a diploma at Nanjing University in China.
Andrew is mostly London based and after qualifying in Tui Na helped set up and run Phoenix Tuina Multibed Clinic in Old Street. During his studies he assisted at Kai Clinic in Tufnell Park as an intern for over 4 years and after qualifying volunteered at Shoreditch Spa in Pitfield St which was predominantly a fertility clinic. He began his own practice in Harley Street and was also a supervisor on the Tuina Diploma course at City College in 2015.
He currently works at Clerkenwellbeing in Clerkenwell, Amber Health in Baldock, Fix in London Fields and runs his own multibed in Hornsey.
Andrew is a second generation acupuncturist (his Father practiced 5-element acupuncture in the 80s and 90s) and has studied with renowned practitioners such as Andrew Neugent-Head and Sarah Pritchard. However most recently he has studied Tung acupuncture with Philip Weeks and now assists him on his seminars . He combines all aspects of acupuncture including moxa, cupping, guasha and Tuina massage depending on his clients’ needs. He specialises in muscoskeletal conditions and pain-management and uses Tung acupuncture as the basis of his treatments.
